dcgpartners.net Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the dcgpartners.net program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. dcgpartners.net may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with dcgpartners.net.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the dcgpartners.net program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing dcgpartners.net account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your dcgpartners.net account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by dcgpartners.net be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up dcgpartners.net. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with dcgpartners.net. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from dcgpartners.net. limited to no more than (200) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from dcgpartners.net, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and dcgpartners.net are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and dcgpartners.net. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of dcgpartners.net. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation Of Liability:
dcgpartners.net will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or dcgpartners.net program, even if dcgpartners.net has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, dcgpartners.net aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Account Selling:
We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account or give it away. Anyone caught selling their account or giving their account away, will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
dcgpartners.net. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the dcgpartners.net program. Affiliates will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by dcgpartners.net. Affiliates will be paid
via Paypal, and E-gold (when available)!You can always use your earnings for advertising. dcgpartners.net will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum $2 Payout AND your account is within the Terms of this site. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time thereafter.
Accounts will be scanned for activity, simply logging in without any clicked links will not constitute activity. Accounts found to be inactive requesting payment will be terminated.
In order for your account to remain active, you MUST have at aleast 100 clicks per month! This includes both emails and ptc's!
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with dcgpartners.net and may result
in legal prosecution. dcgpartners.net strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. dcgpartners.net may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
dcgpartners.net will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Searching:
Any person who is caught doing searches, or selects search in their interests from a non-search country will be deleted without notice.
Turing Numbers:
First and most importantly, if you have trouble seeing the turing numbers, or if they do not load, do not just click any number. Refresh the page, and if that does not work, e-mail us. If you click 50 bad turing numbers in a month, you will be deleted.
Profiles:
As a member, you need to have everything in your profile filled out correctly. Any member who has missing information or inaccurate information will be deleted without notice. If cheat keywords are selected in your profile, you will lose your account without notice.
If you select the wrong country at sign-up YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED!!!
Redemptions And Upgraded Ads
Redemptions on this site are just for members of DCG PArtners and are not to be sold anywhere else for profit! If you are caught doing so your account and all earnings and referrals will be lost. You will also be banned from this site.
Upgraded membership ads are for upgraded members only and are not to be given away to other members, or sold for profit. Doing so will result in losing your account and earnings, referrals, upgrades, and you will be also be banned from this site.
Paid To Sign Up:
You must submit the confirmation email including headers from the program you are signing up for. Do not send in an e-mail address. If anything besides the confirmation email is submitted, you will be deleted. If you do not know how to use this section, either ask someone who does know how to use it, or do not use it.
Cheat Links:
If you click 3 or more cheat links, you will lose your account, earnings, upgraded memberships, and referrals. Please read carefully, as these cheat links are clearly marked.
Paid To Promote Clause:
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to DCG Partners. You must be active in the PTR to use the PTP feature. If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at risk of deletion. You may NOT just run the PTP link and cashout!
In order to be paid you must have 10 Cents in Personal Earnings for every $1.00 in PTP Earnings!!
If you request payout and you do NOT have enough Personal Earnings VS PTP Earnings, your request will be denied!!!
Vacation Mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact me at dcgpartners@gmail.com and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
